
Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1½ cups bananas (about 3-4 bananas)
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 large egg
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup pecans, chopped
¼ homemade Nutella*

* Homemade Nutella:
- 1 cup hazelnut butter
- 2½ tbs raw cacao powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbs coconut oil, melted
- 3 tbs organic coconut palm sugar
- pinch of salt
1- make your hazelnut butter. Alternatively, you can use store bought hazelnut butter, but make sure the ingredients on the label is only hazelnuts.
2- mix the hazelnut butter with all the ingredients listed and store in an airtight glass jar

Instructions:
- combine almond flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl
- smash the bananas in a separate bowl and mix in the egg, honey, coconut oil and vanilla extract
- pour the banana mixture into the flour mixture and stir to combine
- fold in chopped pecans
- spoon the batter into paper lined muffin pan cups
- add a teaspoon of homemade nutella on top of each muffin and using a tooth pick or a knife, swirl the nutella around.
- bake at 325°F for 15-17 minutes
- cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
- store in an airtight container
