
Ingredients
chicken breast tenders
ghee or butter
asparagus stalks
bacon
toothpicks
Process:
1. Line a cookie sheet with foil, and spread some ghee on the foil to prevent the chicken from sticking.
2.On another plate, wrap three asparagus stalks with a strip of raw bacon.
3. "Sandwich" the bacon-asparagus stalks between two chicken tenders, put plenty of butter or ghee underneath the top tender, and pin the whole thing together with toothpicks.
4. To top off the bacon-wonderful-ness, lay a strip of bacon across the row of sandwiches. The fat will drip into the chicken as it cooks, adding a great flavor.
5. Bake the whole platter at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
