
Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangos
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp. raw honey
- 1/2 cup ice
- Dash of cardamom or crushed pistachios (optional)
Equipment:
- Vegetable peeler (optional)
- Corn on the cob holder (optional)
- Kitchen knife
- Cutting board
- Blender
- Measuring spoon
Directions:
1. Peel and cut mango in chunks using super-special-mango-cutting-technique.
2. Place all ingredients into blender and mix for about 1 minute.
3. Pour into glasses and sprinkle a little cardamom or crushed pistachios on top (optional)
4. Serve and enjoy!
