
Ingredients (makes 1 cake)
Edit: Some of you are looking for a more low carb option, you can do this by simply omitting the banana. To make it less dense, add a bit of baking soda.
1 ripe banana
1,5 tbsp almond butter (or any nut butter)
1 egg
1,5 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp sweetener (i used Sukrin)
optional:
Chocolate chips, walnuts, dried fruit, or other mix-ins.
Mash the banana into a puree.
Then mix in the other ingredients, till it’s a batter-like mix.
Pour the batter into a bowl. Only fill the container up to 2/3rds the way because it will expand.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes until the center is set. Enjoy hot or cold. It’s delicious!
