Grilled Avocado

Grilled Avocado



Ingredients

2 large, ripe avocados
Lemon or lime wedges
Freshly ground pepper, to taste


Instructions

Halve the avocados, leaving skin on
Remove pit and discard
Place face down on hot grill and cook two – three minutes
Remove from heat and let stand a few minutes
Serve hot with lemon wedges
Sprinkle on pepper, to taste
Eat with a spoon or use as a dip for crudite, or atop your favorite fresh fish
