
Ingredients
1/2 ounce(s) organic raisins
1 tbsp(s) pine nuts
1/2 tsp(s) Celtic Sea Salt
16 ounce(s) grass-fed lamb chops
1/2 Tbsp(s) organic virgin coconut oil
1/2 tsp(s) freshly ground black pepper
1 16-oz can(s) organic diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp(s) organic curry powder
Preparation
Season lamb with salt and pepper.
Add oil to a large deep skillet and heat over medium high until shimmering. Add the lamb. Cook 2 minutes or just until golden brown. Flip the lamb.
Pour in the tomatoes and stir in the curry powder.
Add the raisins and pine nuts.
Cover and reduce heat to medium.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve.
