Paleo Salmon Sesame Seed Salad

Paleo Salmon Sesame Seed Salad



Ingredients

3oz grilled salmon
6-8 asparagus
3 cherry tomatoes sliced
1/4 cup cleaned baby spinach
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon coconut oil or olive oil


Method

Step 1
Saute salmon and season to taste.

Step 2
Saute salmon using coconut or olive oil. Cook salmon until thoroughly cooked and then set aside.

Step 3
Saute asparagus until tender and set aside

Step 4
Salad dishes layer with bed of baby spinach.

Step 5
Cover spinach with salmon, sliced tomatoes and asparagus.

Step 6
over with sesame seeds and serve.

Step 7
Balsamic Dressing; - In small dish combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey (to taste).
