Paleo Roasted Beets

Paleo Roasted Beets



Ingredients

3 to 4 medium beets
1 tbsp olive oil
Sea salt (to taste)
Black pepper to taste


Method

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

Step 2
Cleanse beets with removed tops

Step 3
Coat beets in olive oil and wrap each beet in aluminium foil.

Step 4
Roast for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours until completely tender.

Step 5
When beets are cooled remove peel. If desire slice peeled beets.

Step 6
To taste add sea salt and pepper.
