Simple Salmon

Simple Salmon



Ingredients

1 pound fresh wild salmon fillet, skin on


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 450 F
Place salmon skin side up in glass or ceramic baking dish
Cook 15 – 20 minutes until cooked to your preferred level of doneness
Enjoy on a bed of mixed greens with some avocado
