
Ingredients
1/4 cup(s) fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp(s) Celtic sea salt
1 1/2 pound(s) grass-fed ground lamb
2 clove(s) organic garlic, minced
1/4 cup(s) chopped organic red onion
1/2 tsp(s) freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp(s) dried organic oregano
Preparation
In a medium bowl, knead the ground lamb with the onion, garlic, parsley, oregano and salt and pepper.
Shape the meat into patties about 1/2 inch thick, and transfer to a plate lined with plastic wrap.
Prepare grill or grill pan to medium-high or use Flavorwave/NuWave.
Cook the burgers for 3-4 minutes per side if using grill/grill pan, or 6-8 minutes total in Flavorwave, or until desired doneness.
Serve.
