Chipotle Squash

Chipotle Squash



Ingredients

1 acorn squash
1/4 cup of water
3 tablespoons or maple syrup
2 tablespoons or coconut oil or Ghee
3 tablespoons or fresh orange juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 7 oz can of chipotle chili in adobo sauce finely chopped


Method

Step 1
Cut squash in half; remove seeds

Step 2
Pour water in slow cooker. Place squash halves cut sides up

Step 3
In small bowl; mix remaining ingredients; pour onto squash halves

Step 4
Cover; cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 7 to 8 hours.

Step 5
cut squash halves in halves again and serve.
