Chicken Salad with Grapes

Chicken Salad with Grapes



Ingredients:

cooked chicken (e.g., rotisserie, leftovers) - 1 to 1 1/2 pounds, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
red grapes - 1 cup, halved or quartered
celery - 1 cup, cleaned and sliced thin
unsweetened dried cherries - 1/2 cup, chopped
hazelnuts, pecans, or your favorite nut - 1/2 cup, roasted and chopped
paleo mayonnaise - 1 cup
sea salt - 1/2 tsp
freshly ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp


Preparation:

-Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir gently to combine. Enjoy!
